Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For eligible purchases, customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, please contact us through our website's contact page within the applicable 14-day period, clearly stating your decision to withdraw and providing your order number.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

Products should be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying parts and accessories. Customers may inspect products as they would in a physical store but may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from unnecessary handling.

Sale and discounted products are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Products featuring personalized engraving, customer-provided text, logos, or other modifications made specifically to a customer's individual specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where the applicable law excludes the right of withdrawal for such products.

This exception does not automatically apply to standard products simply because they are handcrafted or produced after an order is placed.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked and securely packaged shipping service.
